What is the Vacation Hold program?
With Utah Broadband’s Vacation Hold program, you can temporarily pause your service while you’re away, lowering my bill without having to cancel your account. This makes it easy to restart your service when I return, keeping your equipment and service plan just as you left them.
How do I put my account on Vacation Hold or reactivate it?

How much does Vacation Hold cost, and is there a reactivation fee?
Utah Broadband’s Vacation Hold is just $20 per month, with no reactivation fee when you return. During the hold, customers are still responsible for any ongoing equipment lease charge.
What speed do you drop my service to?
While on Vacation Hold, Utah Broadband reduces your service speeds to 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
How long can my account be on Vacation Hold?
Utah Broadband offers customers the flexibility to pause their service with Vacation Hold for up to 6-months within a calendar year.
