How to Refer a Friend to Utah Broadband
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Referral credits apply only to active Utah Broadband account balances and cannot be transferred between residential or business accounts. Credits cannot be refunded or converted to cash. The referral credit will be applied within 30 days of the new customer’s activation date. If either the referring or referred customer cancels service, the referral credit will be forfeited. There is no limit on the number of successful referrals.

When do I receive my $25 credit?
Once the person you referred is activated with Utah Broadband.
How many people can I refer?
UNLIMITED!
Does my friend need to be a new customer?
Yes.
What if my friend cancels?
You will receive your $25 credit as long as the person you refer is installed for a minimum of 30 days.

Yes! You can refer anyone eligible for Utah Broadband services.
